SUBJECT: Reschedule LP Gas Board Meeting
The next LP Gas Board meeting was scheduled for Friday, January 20, 2012. After reviewing items from the previous Board meeting and having only informational items for the current agenda, it was decided to delay the Board meeting to Friday, March 16, 2012.
I am sure with the extra time we will develop other items of necessary concern to be reviewed by the Board and make the agenda large enough to justify the expense of having a Board meeting and having our Board members travel from extended distances to attend.
I have rescheduled the Board meeting for Friday, March 16, 2012 at 10 A.M. at Murray City Hall. This meeting will take place after the close of legislative business on Capitol Hill. The conclusion of the session will have some impact upon upcoming decisions by this board.
I do hope this has not inconvenienced you with your busy schedules and that you will be able to be in attendance in March. The agenda for the next Board meeting will be mailed by March 2, 2012.
