Forensic Services - Courtroom Testimony
Courtroom testimony is an important aspect of forensic science. Although every attempt is made to offer a written report that includes a comprehensive interpretation of the evidence, the proper interpretation of that report is crucial.
Criminalists provide courtroom testimony on a regular basis. Attorneys are requested to contact the Criminalist directly by telephone, rather than by subpoena alone. This prevents workflow interruption, and prevents time away from the laboratory on cases for which testimony was not actually required.[Last Update - Friday, 08-Mar-2013 16:25:37 MST]
